Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome. We'll fit you in as soon as a chair is free.
Will my booked appointment start exactly on time?
We aim for it, but a fade running long can push things back — if you're on a tight schedule, come a little early.
Which barber should I ask for?
Juan, Roj, Iso, Hisho and Ibo are all regulars' favourites — any of them will get you a clean fade.
Is it busy at the weekend?
Saturdays get busier — weekday mornings are the quiet, easy option.
Can a group of us come together?
We can usually work groups in, especially with a bit of notice.
What happens if I'm running late for my appointment?
Give us a call and we'll do our best to fit you in, but a walk-in slot might be quicker.
